Q. My order came damaged. What should I do next?
A. This is unlike us. And we apologize you received a damaged product. But not to worry, we are just one email away. Please email our friendly customer service at email@example.com, within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include “Exchange Request” in the subject line. In addition, please include the following in the body of the email:

- Product name and the part that arrived damaged
- A brief description of the damage.
